The official specifications for letterhead at Rutgers is set by the Rutgers Visual Identity Group, which provided templates for Word users. But naturally I objected and insisted on being able to make a LaTeX version. It is available on

An example, documentation, and installation instructions are combined into a single letter, which is available as latex source and as a pdf file. Here is my pers.cfg file, which you can copy and modify for your own, as discussed in the letter. If you need to install the software, either you or your system manager should contact me for the necessary tar package.
